Celebrity makeup artist Lauren Andersen glammed up Girls star Allison Williams for Vanity Fair’s 2013 Oscar Party at the Sunset Tower Hotel. The star of the hit HBO series was stunning in a dramatic Valentino gown and high-volume lashes.
